International Shipping
Rook Cycles bicycle builds now roll out worldwide. That means you can order any bicycle from our workshop in Cape Town, South Africa. The guys will build it, box it and ship it to your door or desk pretty much anywhere on planet earth (Mars TBC - @elon hook us up with those rates bro).

Klaas our worldwide shipping wizard will get an all inclusive quote to you quick sticks.
Quote looks good? We'll send you a custom payment link. Our workshop will build your bike and you’ll have a tracking number within the next 12 hours.
NOTE: Your payment will be a conversion to South African Rands.
Transit Time:
From our shop to your city should take between 7 to 14 days, differing on your geographical location. And.....shipping has slowed down considerably in the new era of Covid-19. So please bear with us. Important: Unfortunately we cannot control each countries customs. Each country has its own customs procedures and it´s your responsibility to check out if there are any duties or taxes due.
What if my order is damaged?
This is very rare. Your bicycle gets packaged meticulously and is handled by some of the best couriers out there. Insurance is not included in international shipments, but should you find any issues when your new ride gets delivered, please take photos and report back to us so we can investigate.
International Returns?
Unfortunately because you’re probably thousands of kilometers away - we cannot offer returns or refunds on internationally shipped orders. The logistics to get your bike to you at the best rate possible has taken us months of research to get right.
International Warranties?
Our workshop double, triple checks orders that are heading out. We'll honour any defective part with a replacement part no prob! Only slight complication is getting the defective part back to us. Once the part is back at the shop, our team will asses it and send your new part out asap.
