So after about a year of building and shipping Rook bicycles from our workshop in Cape Town - we decided it was about time for the next step: A living, breathing, expense devouring, stoke promoting Rook Cycles Shop!
From the get go, our vision was "not-a-bike-shop". We really wanted a nice place to be. A space that reflected the Rook Cycles brand - when the location at 295 Long Street became available, we knew a commuter focussed bicycle hangout in the heart of Cape Town would be the right fit.
We're doing kick-ass coffee, free wifi, and of course badass bikes! The online store will still feature all the same stock Rook rides, but pull in to the shop for even more selection and ready to ride setups.
Hangout at the communal work tables, enjoy an fresh brewed coffee, ride out on your new favourite wheels, get hooked up with some new commuter threads or even customise your existing ride.
Join us for the official opening party on the 7th June. We'll be open late - with tunes and brews!
